I have had several different oracle/tarot card decks. I believe in turning inward to find solutions. Most of my decks have been donated to goodwill. I never felt an affiliation with them. Yes, some of them were very hardy card stock with beautiful artwork.I tend to gravitate towards astrology more so than the regular tarot. Alison has ground it down to the brass tacks. Her deck is about how to really understand the bottom of your heart. I felt her energy coming through the cards, and didn't judge anything else about the deck. Are the cards stiff and gilded with gold - no. But, do you really need all those bells and whistles?I did not know one single thing about her before my purchase - but I do now.If you are looking for a decently priced deck of oracle cards, from an astrologer that has her pulse on the universe, I truly believe this is the deck for you.

I bought this deck for my daughter who love astrology and wanted to start reading tarot for herself. I pick this deck because it would be a lot easier for her. Well she love this deck and now I'm in search of one that give more in depth answers. The cards ate beautifully illustrated and means are simple and easy to understand. This deck is for beginners and seasoned readers alike.

I use these cards on my YouTube Channel (Rainbow Moon Readings) These cards are great. The are a little thin, but they shuffle spectacularly. The guide book that comes with the cards is perfectly colorful and very informative. These cards are great to use along side other decks or if your trying to add astrology into your collection. The cards are depressed by 3 sections. House cards, astrological signs and planets. Very interesting.

I got these cards after reading the rave reviews here but have been disappointed. I agree with the reviewer who said they were not really astrology. The artwork is a matter of taste. Some readers will like them and others will not. There is very little by way of instruction about how to use the cards and no examples are given. You are supposed to draw a planet card, a sign card and a house card and then mix their meanings to answer your question. When I try this, the cards often make no sense in terms of my question. The text is okay but, like many modern astrology books, it seems to equate signs and houses. Signs and houses are really very distinct concepts with quite separate meanings. Maybe the confused presentation of astrology explains why the cards simply don't speak to me. Fortunately, you can "look inside" to get a glimpse of some of the cards and their associated text. If it appeals to you, then get the deck. If not, there are better astrological divination systems available. One that I like the the Zodiac Tarot which uses all 78 tarot cards to reflect astrological ideas.

I absolutely love these cards. They are beautiful, well thought out, and the accompanying book is well written. Very simple, the imagery is captivating and straight to the point. I also plan to use these as visual aids with clients while I go over their astrology chart. The box is superb - sturdy hardcover box with magnetic closure. The finest box I've seen in any card set. The reason I did not give this a 5 star is because the card stock was too thin for the quality it deserves. There are no gilded edges, therefore the sides will wear out or damage relatively quickly. The first set I ordered from Amazon, the cards were not cut nicely, the edges jagged, torn, and the laminate film separated from the card stock. This is the problem on behalf of the printing company, not a reflection of the author or illustrator. I received a replacement set quickly and the edges of the card were better, yet the potential for easy wear is evident.

As a Spiritual Reader for over 40 years, I found no use for them. I was unimpressed.

This is one really beautifully-packaged set of cards!!The cards are a little oversized, but no problem for me..others may find that annoying..I cannot shuffle cards; I just hold them in my hand and separate them over and over.....strange, huh? but all the sets of cards I have are so stiff I am afraid of damaging them if I shuffled the regular way..........Anyway, it works for me.The only thing I'm not crazy about is the fact that the cards are photographs!!! for some reason, I'm not too pleased to see, for example, the Venus card with a rather coy-looking young lady peering out at me.......I believe illustrations, rather than photos, are more appropriate for this kind of deck....The booklet that comes with it is very well-written and informative...so if you don't like photos, don't get this set!!!! Otherwise, it's pretty decent!!!

Gave this to my gf as a Birthday gift. Very nice cards, great pictures. Wish the card meanings said a little more, wish more cards were used in each reading like Tarot readings. Still a very nice set and kinda fun to use.

What a treasure. Hubby and I have loaned many of our Watchman Nee books over the years. Unfortunately people forgot to return so we find our selves restocking our library. Watchman's writings impart such revelatory truth that his works are not the kind of books that you pick up and just read through like a storybook. You'll find yourself chewing on this for a long time. Keep your bible handy to run reference. Always pray before reading so that you can grow into Him. Enjoy.

This book portrays an excellent insight into the character of God and Christ. It's style is written in "chunks" of wisdom, understanding, and knowledge of the scriptures. Most importantly, it addresses every generation's problem...a lack of spiritual power among God's children due to a lack of an understanding of authority and love. The questions are posed and the answers that are given are astounding. While reading this book, I found myself stopping, rereading, and meditating often on the spirit breathed words of Watchman Nee.

This is more a collection of many of Watchman Nee's sayings though if you've read much of Watchman Nee, is still a good book for reading and 'spiritual maintenance'.

Watchmen Nee was a prolific writer and now this book collects all his best quotations from his best known works. From the Normal Christian Life to the Release of the Spirit, passages from Nee's greatest books are collected in this excellent work. A truly great encouragement!

This book reveals deeper truths about scripture and really unearths the power in revelation. Denying ourselves by not looking at ourselves at all, and joining our volition with The Lord's will makes us useful. This book is so spiritually rich. It took me forever to read, there was so much to meditate on. It truly helps you to understand that spirituality is reality and should be an experience and not a knowledge. I loved every moment of it. I will happily read it over and over again.

This book is a synopsis of all of Watchman Nee's writings. I've enjoyed it thoroughly. Those sections of books which I don't own of Watchman Nee's, I've wanted to purchase because of the richness of what's written in "Secrets to Spiritual Power".

What an awesome book to help you understand the bible in an more excellent way. Love it!

I love Watchman Nee's writings but this appears to be but a collection of one liners. Nothing like his other books. A bit disappointed.
